Our Vision
Our vision is to provide a safe, inclusive, and neuroaffirming space where individuals of all ages, identities, and backgrounds feel understood, respected and supported.
We understand that navigating identity, emotional wellbeing, burnout, relationships, and life transitions can be difficult. We aim to offer thoughtful, strengths-based support through these experiences.
Understanding that everyone expresses themselves differently, we offer a range of therapeutic approaches, from traditional talk therapy to creative approaches such as art therapy.
Our services are available to all members of the community, including NDIS participants, and can be tailored to your individual needs easily.
Your Therapy Specialist
Ella Tobin
Therapist, BPsychSci (Hons), AAPS
Hi, I'm Ella, a Mental Health Practitioner with a special interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals through strengths-based, non-clinical approaches.
I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan in a range of settings, including public and private education, private healthcare, and community-based disability and mental health services. I have worked extensively with young people and adults who are Autistic, ADHDers, and those with combined or emerging neurodivergent profiles. My experience also includes supporting individuals with intellectual disability, developmental delay and social communication challenges.
Drawing from mindfulness and person-centered principles, I aim to create a space where you don't have to mask or explain yourself. I find passion in helping others recognise their strengths, explore their identity, and move toward meaningful outcomes.
